Terms of Service

Kolegio is operated by Kolegio d.o.o., Voćarska cesta 20, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Kolegio", "we", "us"). Company registration number (OIB): 39391177574. VAT ID: HR39391177574. Kolegio lets you read, search, and reply to email, and manage your calendar and tasks, via WhatsApp, using AI to draft and summarize content on your behalf. Kolegio requires you to connect a Google account (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts) and a WhatsApp number.

By creating an account or using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to connect the Google account and phone number you provide. You are responsible for keeping your WhatsApp number and Google account secure, and for the credentials you use to access the Service (via our authentication partner Clerk). Notify us immediately at privacy@kolegio.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and you will be charged the then-current price via our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis.
• You can cancel at any time before renewal to avoid being charged; cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, except where required by law.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You agree not to use Kolegio to:

• send spam, unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent messages;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service;
• violate Google's, Meta's, or Anthropic's own terms of service through your use of Kolegio;
• process data you don't have the right to process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

When you connect your Google account, you authorize Kolegio to access and act within the scopes you grant — including sending email, creating calendar events, and creating tasks on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Kolegio uses AI to draft email replies, summaries, and answers. You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted content before it is sent — Kolegio always shows you a draft with Send/Edit options before anything is sent on your behalf via the "Send"/"Send to all" buttons or Flow editor; content is never sent without that confirmation step.

AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Do not rely on it for content where errors could cause harm without independent verification. We make no warranty about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

Kolegio operates on top of Google Workspace APIs, the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Anthropic's Claude API, and Groq's transcription API. Your use of Kolegio is also subject to Google's, Meta's (WhatsApp), and any applicable third-party terms for the underlying platforms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those third-party platforms that affect Kolegio's functionality.

We own the Kolegio software, brand, and content (excluding your data and Google data). Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Kolegio for your personal or internal business purposes.

You keep all rights to your own content (your emails, messages, voice notes, and data we hold on your behalf).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-drafted content will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolegio d.o.o.'s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including damages arising from AI-drafted content sent on your behalf after your confirmation — or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for gross negligence or intent).

You may stop using Kolegio at any time by disconnecting your Google account, unpairing WhatsApp, and/or messaging us to close your account. On termination, your stored data is deleted from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Zagreb, Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence under EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email before taking effect, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Kolegio after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
